200-Hour Teacher Training

Rise Yoga School’s 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a transformative program rooted in the 8-limbed path of yoga. This immersive experience blends classical yogic wisdom with modern science and trauma-informed education to support you in becoming a confident, compassionate yoga teacher.

At Rise Yoga, you have the freedom to take any of our trainings in any order. While we offer recommended pathways for progression, we encourage you to choose the training that best fits your schedule, interests, and personal goals.

Whether you're looking to teach or simply deepen your personal practice, you’ll explore asana, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, sequencing, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, nervous system regulation, and the business of yoga, within a supportive and welcoming learning community.

It also qualifies for Continuing Education Credits (CECs) with many major fitness and wellness organizations, making it a valuable path of growth for fitness instructors, personal trainers, and other health professionals.

Requirements for 200-Hour Certification

To receive your 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Rise Yoga School, the following core trainings must be successfully completed:

    • The Fundamentals of Yoga

    • Anatomy and Asanas

    • Pranayama

    • Pratyahara and Dharana

    • The Culmination of the Path

Successful completion of all five modules is required to be eligible for your 200-Hour Certificate and Yoga Alliance® registration as an RYT 200.

Rise Yoga School has submitted  its 200-Hour Teacher Training for review by Yoga Alliance® and is currently awaiting approval. 
Once approved, graduates of our 200-Hour Teacher Training will be eligible to register as an RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher).
