Paul Fricano – Senior Master Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner
With 20 years in the fitness and wellness industry, Paul Fricano has dedicated his career to helping others improve their health, strength, and mindfulness. As a Senior Master Trainer with YogaFit Worldwide, one of the world's largest yoga teacher training schools, Paul leads trainings that support students in deepening their practice—whether for personal growth or to become certified yoga instructors.
Paul’s passion for health and fitness led him to open iFIT Personal Training in 2004, where he helped clients achieve their fitness goals through personal training and group fitness classes. In 2007, he expanded his expertise by co-founding a large-scale gym in Mississauga, Ontario. However, his love for yoga ultimately guided him to earn his E-RYT 500 certification and dedicate his career to teaching and mentoring students on and off the mat.
Beyond yoga, Paul is a First and Second Degree Reiki Usui practitioner, integrating energy work into his teachings to support holistic wellness.

With over 20 years of experience in yoga, spin, and group fitness, Sandi Call brings extensive expertise in movement, strength, and functional training. Her deep understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics makes her an invaluable part of the Yoga Rise Canada team, ensuring that students learn safe, effective movement patterns that enhance both strength and flexibility.
Sandi’s dynamic teaching style and diverse background allow her to offer a variety of classes, from yoga and Pilates to functional strength conditioning.
