Asanas, Cueing & Anatomy Training

Pranayama Training

Meditation Training

Step inward and discover the power of presence. This training is rooted in the inner limbs of yoga, Pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) and Dharana (concentration), which form the foundation for authentic, transformational meditation practice.
