This comprehensive training is designed for yoga teachers and committed practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of restorative yoga and learn how to teach it safely, skillfully, and professionally.
Restorative yoga is a distinct modality that focuses on complete physical support, minimal effort, and sustained stillness to allow the nervous system to shift into deep states of regulation and repair. Unlike other slow or still practices, restorative yoga does not aim to stretch, challenge, or direct the body or mind. Instead, it creates the external conditions that allow relaxation to arise naturally.
