Where Anatomy Comes to Life Through Movement

Move beyond memorizing muscles and bones and learn to understand anatomy through movement. This evidence-informed Applied Anatomy & Movement Science Training is designed for yoga teachers, fitness professionals, movement educators, and anyone wanting to better understand how the human body moves.

Explore how bones, joints, muscles, fascia, and the nervous system work together as an interconnected system. Through practical movement exploration, you'll develop a greater understanding of joint actions, muscular function, biomechanics, movement patterns, and why individual anatomy influences how every body moves differently.

Most importantly, you'll learn how to apply anatomy to movement and teaching, helping you make more informed choices around yoga postures, sequencing, cueing, adaptations, and movement for every body.
